Here's a link for you You need to download the Unity Assets Bundle Extractor. I hope that this somewhat time consuming process will work for you and that you too will enjoy Grieving Mother with 18 in all stats (hey, everyone has their preferences). Thankfully, there is a light! I'm going to warn you I'm not a techie person at all and it took me awhile, along with my friend's help, to figure out how to make this work. As we know, trying to do so via console commands/pleading/sacrificing fuzzy things resulted in NPC attributes resetting after you zoned or loaded up a game. So like many other people, I too was waiting (im)patiently for the ability to permanently change NPC companion attributes.
